It was an hilarious evening but a challenging food one as you might imagine - however having eaten well all day I was sensible and stuck to the salads, (delicious) salmon & spinach roulade & fresh fruit. Avoiding the fabulous looking beigels, the Quality Street on the table & the baby Danish handed around with coffee - as you can tell I 'clocked' it all but made good choices.
Also I knew there were several of you lovely readers in the room & I have an obligation to my public ... LOL!!
Seriously though it is making a difference to my thought processes and I didn't find it nearly as difficult as I have in the past to make the pragmatic decision rather than the 'sod it I can start again tomorrow one!'
