Day 30 - the day it all becomes a habit

So I'm lead to believe that changes made & reinforced over 30 days are with you forever - not certain that is entirely true but I've definitely made major strides in changing my eating habits.

I eat breakfast every day & vary it - today I had fruit salad (melon, kiwi, strawberries & blueberries - good combo) with LF fromage frais and 28g Sultana bran (which gave it crunch!!).

I'm planning better - took plenty of fruit and yoghurt to munch on as I knew I'd miss lunch to take Toby to have his brace fitted.

Made myself a proper salad for lunch when I got home - mixed salad with HB egg, smoked salmon & 42g feta dressed with balsamic vinegar.

Have also planned my dinner tonight - cold meat with stir-fry veg & noodles - need some carbs to keep going as I have to take Toby to school at 3:15am!!!

So I'm doing well but......

I have yet to solve the post class binge syndrome or the phobia of having my photo taken - however Rome wasn't built in a day and I'm really pleased with my progress so far.

Treating myself to a 30 minute sit down with Wimbledon while I blog so that's all for now.
