Just a quickie today as I feel very tired and as my kids would say 'ICBA' - sorry but we all have days like this.
I've eaten well today & drank loads but my period makes me very hungry & I've had manic cravings for sweet things & meat!! So I've eaten lots of fruit & yoghurt, used Splenda on my cereal & just eaten an enormous meaty meal. I have not so far had any chocolate so this is a good thing.

Sounds like you are taking good care of yourself... yes... the periods do take it out of us.
