Had scrambled eggs & smoked salmon on two small slices of brown toast with coffee & water (drank a lot today!!)
Avoided cheesecake in kiddush (so proud of myself) then came home for lunch. Had soused mackerel, with Dahl (topped with nat yog) & cucumber. Very nice then had some raspberries.
For dinner I've had turkey roll with broccoli, sugar snap peas & more dahl.
Out for lunch tomorrow so will need to be controlled - have to say I'm feeling quite pleased with myself overall as my eating habits are getting better.
