Off to a conference about transfer of care - I'm an 'early adopter' for a major project - hope it's interesting :)
Anyway, yesterday was a better day although appetite still strangely lacking. Had Weetabix and milk for breakfast. Made myself a big smoked salmon salad for lunch & took in some cherries, a peach, a couple of yoghurts (M&S count on us - deliciously creamy) and a portion of SW lemon cheesecake.
During the day I ate most of it and drank plenty of black coffee and volvic sf lemon water.
I was quite headachy for most of the day - mixture of stress and clearing my 264 holiday emails I expect!!
Left around 5:45 & traffic was awful so Toby had to walk home & I didn't get in until nearly 7!!
Made fettucine with tomato, tuna & sweetcorn sauce for dinner but just wasn't hungry so the three 'boy's' had extra - not unexpectedly!!
Made some calls, put on washing, put on more washing!, tidied up etc but as everyone else was busy & downstairs tv isn't quite working properly yet decided to go upstairs & read. At this point felt peckish so had a couple of crispbread with home-made salmon pate (sin-free), and a black coffee.
It was more than enough :)
Slept a bit better last might but still feeling not quite myself - but today's another day
Have a good one xx

Oh Lisa - I have been thinking about you but I don't know what to say except thank God you are all OK and it's just stuff - and I know your computers must have had loads of work and photos and everything else, but the main thing is you still have your house and your family and everything else can be replaced in time. I hope that as the days go by you feel better and start to get back on track as I want to invite you round for dinner one evening(don't worry I won't give you half a boiled egg and a ryvita!) It's great that you are keeping this blog. I read in the paper yesterday that someone made a book out of every text they had ever written and it's selling! So this time a couple of years down the road you might get something out of this. Meanwhile - it sounds as if you keeping up the diet - albeit unintentionally. I wish you well in the coming days and nights xxx

I heard about the 'texts book' on the radio yesterday - I suspect dome people will read anything!!
Have a good weekend.
