For once in a blue moon I have had nothing special to do today so I decided not to find things to do & I've had a very easy day so far.
This morning I woke up very hungry so made a huge breakfast

an omelette (spring onion & cherry tomatoes) with smoked salmon & chopped celery, and the remains of last night's fruit salad and a large glass of squash. It was delicious & really hit the spot.
Then I went off to synagogue with Dom - a bit of prayer is always good for the soul & I needed a bit of prayer today!! This is me just before going out....

Then came home and did some tidying up - there's always tidying up to do around here :) - and finally, I got changed into suitable cloths (no picture!!) and Toby & I moved the exercise bike into our study.
Then I set it for ten minutes & off I went - slowly cos it was really hard work!! With the stopping it took about half an hour to to the time - I couldn't understand it cos although I'm not 'Mrs Fitness' I'm not usually that bad so I felt quite disappointed :0(
However, a little later Andrew came home & pointed out that I'd had it on the highest resistance level - plonker!!! So I shall persist with it as I'm not as unfit as I thought - just a bit short of brain cells :0)
I've spent the rest of the afternoon chilling & chauffeuring to Pinner & Watford whilst Andrew watched the rugby!!
Tonight we are going to friends for dinner so I've kept my snacks to fruit & a yoghurt, which I'm just about to have, so I'm hopeful I won't wreck things this evening.
Filled up my car with petrol just now as its very very cold and if, as looks likely, it snows I don't want to be caught out. I hate driving in the snow so if it does I'll be hiding at home until it thaws!!
Hope you have a good evening whatever you are up to.
